HOW to Make a DALGONA COFFEE ?
This is part of my new collection “Inside my kitchen “ … I’m amazed how loopy viral the Dalgona aka Korean espresso , whipped espresso, frothy espresso , cloud espresso has been on the web ! I needed to make the simple Dalgona espresso!
In my quarantined cooking checklist DALGONA espresso was a should.
I’m an enormous foodie and I exploit to make this espresso scorching on Sunday lazy mornings and I really feel the covid -19 quarantine has introduced us again to creating leisure meals!
How I made it:
I made it by whipping equal elements of on the spot espresso Nescafé , sugar, and scorching water collectively till it modified its colour and was thick frothy . Final combined with chilly milk.
